Envelopes:

Format, Weight and Color are upon client’s request:

  • Format: all standard formats available
    • A0 to A10 (ISO 216)
    • B0 to B10 (ISO 216)
    • Co to C10 (ISO 269)
    • DL
    • Other formats upon special request from client
  • [Material] Basis weight:
    • [White]: 80g/m² | 100g/m²
    • [White]: Opaque 100g/m²
    • [Manila]: 70g/m² | 90g/m²
    • [Craft] (bright yellow, smooth): 105g/m²
    • [Manila] (Ribbed): 110g/m²

Option1- shrink-wrapped: Envelopes -> Packets -> Carton
Option2- bulk: Envelopes -> Carton

  • Manila board sheets are gathered in reams (usually 100 sheets / ream, reams are shrink-wrapped)
  • Reams are gathered to form a bundle
  • Bundles are put in the container

Example of packaging from a past order:

  • Order: 1 x 20′ TC of 65x1000mm 160g manila boards -> 100 sheets / ream (shrink-wrapped) -> 6 ream / bundle => total in 1 x 20′ TC: 320 bundles (=1920 reams =192000 sheets)

Consolidated container is possible for this product with the following products:
